We have facilitated the return or exchange process for you through the following instructions and procedures: First: What products are eligible and ineligible for return and exchange? - You can return or exchange prescription glasses and sunglasses that are not modified and have not had a medical measurement added. - The following products cannot be returned or exchanged: 1- Hard lenses. 2- Accessories and contact lenses, whether medical or decorative. 3- Lens solutions, except in case of defects in one of the above-mentioned products or if there was an error in the order from us. 4- Discounted goods cannot be returned or exchanged unless there are defects in the product or an error in the order from us. 5- Special orders (such as contact lenses with high measurements requiring custom manufacturing, or special glasses that take longer due to unavailability at the agent). 6- All contact lenses after being opened by the customer, unless the error is from the store. 7- Prescription glasses lenses, whether ordered with the glasses or separately. 8- The store is not responsible for any data entered by the customer if it is incorrect. Second: What are the conditions for return and exchange? If you are not completely satisfied with your eligible purchase for return or exchange, the return period is within 48 hours from the date and time of receipt of the order. We are pleased to refund the full purchase amount after deducting the shipping cost from the original paid amount. Please contact us via the following email: [email protected] within a maximum of 24 hours from receiving the order. When wishing to initiate an exchange, we are happy to serve you in replacing your order and selecting a suitable alternative after the conditions are met within 3 days from the date and time of receipt, including the shipping cost for the new product. - The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories and its primary wrapping. - The exchange must be for a matching product of the same price or a higher price. - You can exchange one product for multiple products and pay the difference if any. - You can only exchange or return purchases once per order. - If you wish to return or exchange the order, the customer will bear the shipping costs. - We will process the refund to your bank account within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt after receiving the products to be returned or exchanged and verifying that the conditions are met. - If the customer wishes to cancel the order after it has been shipped, the customer must contact the shipping company to return the shipment to the store. The shipping cost will be deducted from the original paid amount, and the refund will be processed after the product is returned to the store.
